Dr. Eastvold provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for adolescents and adults (ages 16 and older) to clarify cognitive strengths and weaknesses. Assessments are tailored to each individual and may address concerns related to attention, memory, executive functioning, as well as emotional and behavioral functioning.
Evaluations are commonly requested to:
-
Clarify diagnoses (e.g., ADHD, cognitive impairment, dementia)
-
Assess the impact of concussion, traumatic brain injury, or other medical conditions, i.e., epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, infections, long COVID, cancer
-
Evaluate memory and cognitive changes
-
Differentiate neurological from psychological factors
-
Guide academic, workplace, or treatment planning
-
Provide documentation for accommodations
Each evaluation includes a detailed clinical interview, standardized testing, and an integrated report with clear, practical recommendations to optimize functioning in daily life. Feedback is provided to ensure results are understandable and applicable to real-world functioning.

Psychotherapy Services (Ages 16+)
Dr. Eastvold provides integrative psychotherapy for older adolescents and adults, drawing from cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic and interpersonal approaches, attachment-based work, and contemporary neuroscience, while also honoring the role of metaphysics and spirituality in healing. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to the individual, with a focus on deepening self-understanding, strengthening emotional regulation skills, cultivating nervous system flexibility, fostering resilience, and supporting personal growth, greater connection to oneself, and lasting change.
Dr. Eastvold has expertise in working with individuals experiencing conversion or functional neurologic symptoms and those recovering from concussion or navigating long-term sequelae or brain injury. She also offers support for partners and caregivers of individuals with neurological disorders or neurodegenerative disease, addressing the unique emotional, relational, and practical challenges that arise in these roles.
